with experienced qualified staff, professional systems, and friendly customer service.
For the care of your valued asset we:
Prepare an electronic inspection report along with photographs at the commencement of each new tenancy
Ensure a rental bond is paid and lodged with department of fair trading
Carry out regular quarterly inspections, along with a report and photographs for your records
Inspect the property at the end of the tenancy on vacation and release bonds, only if and when condition is satisfactory
Arrange repairs and maintenance and ensure they are carried out in a professional manner
Advise on and arrange any major maintenance required
Arrange payment of invoices
Calculation and collection of water and sewer usage
Collect rental monies and issue receipts on your behalf
Control arrears by regularly checking that rents are paid in accordance with the residential tenancy agreement
Arrange and recommend adequate insurance for your valued investment
We account to you regularly or as agreed and arrange for money to be transferred into the banking institution of your choice
